...I don't know when I'll be back again....
Well my friends the time has finally arrived for me to travel to my new home, my new job, my new life, basically a NEW everything! I can't believe the day has actually arrived...it all kind of seems like a dream...but a good dream at that.
This past week I have been saying many goodbyes. I am so thankful for the training I received this summer about making quality time to say goodbye, especially not waiting to the last minute to pack (I can't imagine...I think I've been packed for a week already! *haha*). I am so thankful for all the friends I've made during college and the encouragment and support they offer me.
I'm not sure how to describe my feelings, it's definitely a mixture of emotions. One moment I'm super excited, the next moment I'm terrified and thinking "what AM I doing?" But through it all I feel the peace of the Lord, and that is very reasurring. I'm sure there will be many ups and downs on this journey but there is one thing that remains the same and that's the Lord and His love and promises...He is the same today, yesterday and tomorrow.
My travel to Kstan will take basically 2 days. I leave Sat and arrive on Mon...time difference is going to be a big one. 10 hrs. I believe. I will be flying from SC to Chicago to London (where I get to visit a friend...yay) with a stop in the country Georgia for a gas fill up and then I will arrive in Kstan.
I am planning to have weekly updates starting this coming week so stay tuned! Thank you all for your support, encouragment and most of all your prayers!
