Interview

So a few days ago I got a call from Compassion International for an interview! Woohoo! I have been applying there for the last month. I think this was my 4th job I applied for. Every person that I have talked to that works there told me to be persistent...so that's exactly what I've been doing. Judy in the HR department I'm sure knows my voice by now "she's calling again??" :) Needless to say I was stoked when I got the call.

My interview was this morning and I have to say it went really well. It was a very casual environment, easy conversation, & quite a few questions *about an hour long*. I have to say I really enjoy interviews...weird I know...maybe it's just I like bragging about who I am. Haahaa... just kidding...I think I like them because you can only prepare so much, you never know exactly the questions they'll ask, so it's like a challenge or something. I hope one day to be the one giving the interviews, working for the HR department. I am going to come up with my own questions. For Example:

"What did you have for breakfast? Why?"
"Do you like my shirt? Do you think it brings out my my eyes?"
"If I had food in my teeth, would you tell me?"
"If the President & the Vice President both die, who becomes the President?"
"Where is Kyrgyzstan & is it a country?"
"Do you like musicals, specifically High School Musical 3?"
"Okay, you're the bus driver. You pick up 39 students at your first stop, 32 students at your second stop, 29 students at your third stop & 2 1/2 students at your forth stop. What color are the bus drivers eyes?"

Look out HR here I come...haahaa....

Heading to the interview...

Interview over...yah, I am that cool, you know you want to hire me!

....The only down fall to hopefully getting a job at Compassion is not being able to spend quality time with my buddy. :( Which might be a good thing for him...I took him on a walk today & I think he became close enough to be called 'Ice Man'. Yah, yah I know...but listen it wasn't even cold! It was the stupid wind I tell you. Here in the Springs you walk up a hill & the wind that was not blowing in your front yard is now ripping your head-off. Reminds me of some place I used to live...you guessed it, Wyoming. Well the moral of this story is he didn't freeze & he still loves me! :)p
